SkinCeuticals Redness Neutralizer - Product Review

skinceuticals-redness-neutralizer

Finally a product that actually works on my redness!

Redness is usually triggered through weather, stress, sun exposure, pollution, heat, alcohol, spicy foods and infrared rays. These trigger the sensory nerve endings, causing the onset of flushing, burning and discomfort.

So no wonder I am a sufferer, because I am always out no matter what the weather walking the dog.  Then because I work indoors next the radiators I’m surrounded by heat and infrared rays. This means every day my skin is being exposed to all these triggers and even though I use great cosmeceutical products including the use of a vitamin c serum & spf 50 sunscreen to protect my skin, no matter what my cheeks would still go red.

Therefore I decided to give Redness neutralizer a try, so I began to use it twice a day smoothing on a pump after my vitamin C product and before my sun protection in the morning then again in the evening after cleansing. I found it is very light in texture, only a small amount is needed and it smooth's on beautifully. It immediately boosts your skin making it feel hydrated and soothed after just one application.

Before After

It contains NeuroMed complex of biometic peptides and naturally derived actives. Ingredients include Palmitoyl Tripeptide-8 and Eperua Bark extract to regulate the skins temperature and inflammation whilst bisabolol, zinc gluconate, and shea butter further soothe and comfort skin.

By protecting me from these environmental triggers and supporting my skin’s barrier function Redness neutralizer has really comforted my skin. Not only does it give instant results but I’ve noticed the results just get better and better with prolonged use.

It really is amazing! I would 100% recommend it alongside a vitamin c & sunscreen for anyone that, like me, suffers with redness, thread veins, tight, irritated skin.
