I started using this product about a year ago not because I had acne, but just to help with my pores & blackheads. Although I previously did suffer from monthly breakouts, I do not anymore!
The product works great for me - it definitely unclogs my pores and also keeps the wrinkles away!
I recommend this product to a lot of my clients and I have never had any negative feedback. Quite the opposite - that it has changed their lives and that they have never before had such great skin!

You can apply it once or twice a day as needed after cleansing. You can either use the lotion or the cream. I would go for the cream if you have normal, sensitive or dry skin type, and the lotion if you have normal, combination or oily skin, but you will find which one suits you.
I use it every night (not around the eye area though as it’s too strong). Yes, you do get an initial stinging, like with all glycolic-based products. If you were using it to help with acne I would use it twice a day.
It is expensive, but the jar lasts a long time. Only a little dab of cream or a pump of lotion is required, so it goes a long way. My jar lasts me about 5 months or so.

Please give this product time. It might initially break you out, but it is just doing its job by clearing out your pores. Try to stick it out. I would say that I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin after about 2 months.
I would recommend this product to anyone (except if you have very sensitive skin).
