The Dermaroller (also called skin roller or microneedle roller) is a small hand-held rolling device that has micro surgical steel needles that reach the inner surface of your skin to promote skin repair from the inside out. It stimulates elastin and collagen production in the skin without causing any damage.

Clinical studies have shown skin needling (clinical use) to be more effective than laser resurfacing, dermabrasion, and chemical peels, without any of the side effects or downtime and are a fraction of the cost.

Treats:

Acne scars and other superficial scars

Uneven pigmentation and skin structure

Fine lines and wrinkles

Enlarged pores

Stretch marks

Hair loss

Two types of needles – home use & clinical use

Home use Microneedles (0.2mm, 0.3mm & 0.5mm needle length)

Increased penetration of skincare products into the skin and overall improvement of skin colour, texture, and fine lines. View our home use derma rollers.

Clinical use Microneedles (1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm)

Treats scars, scalp, wrinkles, sun damage, stretch marks, and cellulite.

You may want to consider having a professional course of needling before trying out a roller yourself.

HOW TO ROLLER?

Always read and follow the usage instructions and recommendations thoroughly before starting your microneedling treatment.

Hygiene is vital

When you work with microneedling, hygiene is of utmost importance. Secure that your dermaroller always is clean before and after each use, and always store it with the supplied plastic protection. Use the tool on clean, dry skin. For easy express cleaning - use our Sanitizing Spray 100ml.

How often should I use my dermaroller?

To get the maximum results of your treatment, we recommend the following:

Use the dermaroller  2-3 times a week

We recommend you change to a new needle head monthly to ensure sharp and fresh needles.

Step by step:

Perform your regular skin cleansing routine.

On dry skin, roll back and forth over the skin with even pressure several times. Focus extra on problem areas and roll in different directions for best effect: vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. Also roll from left and right and vice versa.

After you’ve used the dermaroller, apply Face Serum onto treated areas or over the whole face. The micro-channels that are created by the needles are the most receptive during the first 3-5 minutes. Let the serum act alone on the skin between 15-30 minutes before you apply any other products. Use the serum during the “rest days” as well.

Always clean the dermaroller both before and after each use.

Store device in the plastic protection between uses.
